What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
- Supportive and fun team.
- Own and lead own projects - lots of responsibility from the offset.
- Ability to work from home.
- Rotations help you when considering what area of HR you want to roll off into. It also means you build a large network over the 3 years.
Worst
- Bureaucratic and very process orientated - good sometimes but can slow things down.
