What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The responsibility I was given from day 1. Higher management treated me as part of the team straght away and never felt I was less than anyone else even though I had less experience.

Worst

High level of responsibility is a double edged sword, many people need you to perform right from the get go and so there is little time to ease your way into your new role.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000

Current salary: I'd rather not say

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:15

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Focus on one job role to apply to, don't go with the shotgun approach of applying for every role P&G provides as it won't help you. On your CV highlight the impacts you have made in your previous work experience.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself and make sure your answers are structured. Make it as easy for the interviewer as possible to give you a good score. Also, make sure your answers highlight what you did in every scenario. Focus on the 'I' did, not the 'we' did.
