What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Definitely the company culture, and how friendly everyone is at the office. As Croudace is a family-owned business, the employees in the office make you feel a part of their family. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and so helpful.
The work is challenging and they take into account your personal goals, and try to stick to your strengths, but also encourages you to work on your weaknesses as well. The company really takes into account their employees' personal developement

Worst

There genuinely is not much to say, probably the area of the Caterham office is a difficult place for students to find cheap student accomodation. It is sometimes easier to rent a little further away from the office and commute in, as Caterham is a lovely little town some students it may not quite be the best fit.
The most difficult part would be adapting from a student life, to the working world. For some it can be easy and seamless. Wheras for others it could take a little while to adjust.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Ensuring that your CV and Cover Letter are accurate, neat and that the Cover Letter doesn't have the wrong company on it!
I wouldn't recommend rushing the application too much, as I would say its better to spend a day researching the company, understanding the role and what the company is asking for (Particular skills/attitudes)

Do you have any interview tips?

It is imperative to prepare for an interview, using interview technique to answer questions more accurately and succintly.
But I would also recommend being yourself, showing the interviewer that you aren't a robot and have a personality. Because, at the end of the day the interviewer is looking to get to know you as a person and whether or not you will suit the company.
Here at Croudace, the interview was great to be on the end of. It was professional, friendly and helped me understand the company alot more.
