What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Multiple opportunities to work in various sectors of the industry and gain experience in all.
Very good salary.
Comprehensive initial training structure in place at the start of the graduate scheme.
Worst
Being in a commercially orientated area of the business has resulted in career progression opportunities being missed or denied.
Work has often been allocated based on commercial and business interests, rather than being free to pursue the desired experience and what is best for graduate development.

Become familiar with the basics of electricity distribution in terms of the system and industry structure - this will help demonstrate your interest.
