What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you view your application from the perspective of the person that will be reviewing it. Before you start your application, look through the corporate website and write down our client values. What sets Accenture apart? - what do we motivate ourselves to do daily?

Once you have done this, you will have a much better view of what your application needs to draw from you with regards to your strengths and areas for improvement.

Do you have any interview tips?

Always, Always, ALWAYS, have a question to ask them at the end of the interview. Given that you are 99.9% likely to be asked whether you have any, it would seem simply foolish not to have something prepared in advance. You could ask about recent clients, a particular piece of work that was completed, or about the consulting industry in general.
