What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself but make sure you know about the role you are applying for.
Be confident in yourself and in knowing what you want.
Know a bit about the industry - not expected to know everything but good to have a little knowledge.
Do you have any interview tips?
Assessment centre included a presentation and a competency interview. Also included worked examples of reviewing an email for spelling mistakes and wording. And had to write a short paper on a question given in the morning by the afternoon. Also had a verbal reasoning test.
Full on day but actually enjoyable and if you put everything into it you get the full benefit of it.
Actual interview was more of a get to know me and whether I'd be suited for the team so did not feel like a proper interview.
