What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The ability to do 4 rotations in potentially completely different business areas to really find what you enjoy. The range of team cultures that you experience really open your eyes and stretch you. The international opportunities are immense and should be absolutely seized by every grad in my opinion.

Worst

The lack of job security post grad scheme is slightly frustrating as it's a ever-increasing worry but at the end of the day you have to leverage your rotations, skills gained, and network to your favour. I also understand it from RWEST's perspective that it is a competitive company.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £41,000 - £43,000

Current salary: £41,000 - £43,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be aware competition is high, beyond just tailoring your CV make sure you follow the instructions of creating a cover letter because if there is not one you are auto-denied

Do you have any interview tips?

No advice for IQ/EQ test and the vid interview, just do standard prep work. If you get to the Assessment centre you have close to a 30% chance of getting hired, in the Assessment centre be honest, and if you feel you have failed one section/interview don't give up as you can still get hired if you fail one. If they offer an 'optional' Q&A session with someone high up in the company pre-assessment centre then absolutely take it, I find it mind-boggling that some candidates don't do it.
