What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The international assignments are a great opportunity to learn. The accommodation that is very good and with this being provided by the company, a lot of stress is removed from moving.

Colleagues and culture are exceptional. Relaxed atmosphere in the office and helpful co-workers, make working here really pleasant.

The company has a very flat structure, which makes executives relatable and approachable.

There are many opportunities to learn and you can choose which teams you join and where.

Worst

The scheme is scaling very quickly and that can make international assignments more competitive to attain - this has changed the dynamic between graduates slightly. When you secure an international rotation, you could still be delayed due to slow visa processes.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000
