What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing about my job is the work life balance. I get to work from home 3 days a week and be in the office 2 days, which is a good mix as you're not stuck at home everyday. I also like how we have frequent social events where the company pays to do different activities
Worst
There isn't many bad things to say about Ten10 as the company does try to help you start a career in tech, especially if you don't have a STEM background. But if I had to choose, it would probably be the pay as it is quite low. But understandable

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open to different roles. Although you may be focused on doing one role, you might end up thinking a different tech role is much more enjoyable and better for you
