work life balance, good benefit packages, colleagues, constant support from the wellbeing team and other colleagues.

pay, need to have a lot of self motivation as you will work mostly with clients

If you want a career in technology, then try to be enthusiastic and positive in your approach. I think attitude and personality are also very important for the company as these are what the company look for.
