What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The supportive environment and the opportunity to work on real client projects early on in your career. There's a strong focus on learning, and I've been able to develop my skills quickly through both training and hands-on experience. The team is also very approachable and helpful which makes a big difference.

Worst

At times it can take a while to fully understand complex client systems, especially at the start. There can also be less day-to-day interaction with the wider Ten10 team, although this improves over time.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 09:00

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Show a genuine interest in learning and be open about your willingness to develop new skills. You don't need to know everything from the start, but having a good attitude, problem-solving and communication skills, and a basic understanding of testing or technology will definitely help.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself and communicate clearly. Expect questions around teamwork, problem-solving and how you approach learning new things. It also helps to show enthusiasm for the role and ask questions about the training and project experience. Having a basic understanding of software testing concepts can also help.
