Best

Many opportunities for growth and learning.
Friendly and kind colleagues.
Quick responses and opportunities to voice concerns.
Gain a foothold in the industry if you didn't have one previously.

Worst

Time on 'the bench' - when waiting to get placed as a consultant it can be difficult to remain driven and self-sufficient. In some cases you can be waiting a number of months, which can be difficult fresh from training due to only receiving a bursary payment of £400 a month. If you do not have savings it can be a very stressful time.
