One of the key benefits for Ten10 was the opportunity for self-development in the company and how they encourage you to take the opportunities to improve your skills.
Another thing is that the culture of the company is very social and enjoyable.

Worst

The worst part about the job is like most consultancy job you work on client sites. This means you could be expected to relocate to a different part of the country on short notice for months at a time.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

For the application I would say have look into the world of IT a bit more to gain a better understanding of what the company does and how it can relate to your desire to work in an IT world.

Do you have any interview tips?

Just be yourself, the assessment /interview day was just as much character evaluation as it was a formal interview process. Ten10 look for a person who would fit into the culture of the company just as much as someone who's competent in tech.
