Be yourself, and prepare effectively. I had to do a presentation as part of my interview about an area of London to invest into, which from what I realised it seemed to be less about the actual area you chose and more about you're reasoning as to why, so focus on the specifics as to why you have chosen the specific area and be knowledgeable about the area. they aren't out to trip you up
