Be yourself - be honest with hobbies, interests etc. try and align with company but don't over think it

Don't neglect interview questions about what you are like as a person - competency questions are important to prepare, but don't forget it is to understand how you will fit within the team too

Have a few examples of competencies and link them back to the job description skills i.e. negotiation
