What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you understand what the various departments do. Those studying Real Estate or property will most likely want to be in the Land and Development Team. Technical is mainly aimed at architect or engineering backgrounds. Commercial will be for Quantity Surveyors and Construction will be for people wanting to be site/project managers.

Understand the company ethos and aims. Look into the various developments that have been done so you have examples to use when backing up answers. Go visit one of the sales and marketing suites.
