The range of tasks that I have to carry out - No day is the same
The people I work with and the fact I get to communicate and deal with external to the company Eg. The Council, consultants, the public

Although it's not a bad thing there is a high work load but this is to be expected and I would suggest if you aren't willing to work hard and manage multiple things simultaneously, this perhaps isn't the job for you
