What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Fast paced industry with a range of tasks.
- Fantastic support on offer from both the board and company in obtaining my RICS.
- Rotational graduate scheme giving you the chance to experience all the different divisions in the housebuilding process.
- Invaluable graduate workshops in different aspects of housebuilding. For example, Design, Presentation Skills, Planning Process etc.

Worst

- Results driven business so it is stressful at times as well as being required to work long hours.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Start: 08:40

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

- Know the company.
- Have an understanding of the industry.
- Have relative knowledge of recent happenings in the news that may affect the business.
- Be prepared to talk about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Have a good understanding of the work you've been doing at university and how this is relevant.
