What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open minded - if successful you might not be allocated your first choice division and UK location. However, these can change in time. Be flexible, have an open mind-set and the opportunities and advice you will receive as a Capita graduate are endless.
Do you have any interview tips?
The ability to work successfully as part of a team is one of Capita's core values. Be prepared to give examples of times you have demonstrated positive team work skills and the lessons you learnt from working as a team (these can be academic or work examples).
Also be prepared to answer commercial questions about Capita. In the phone interview they will ask lots of questions about how Capita make their money, the markets they are in, share prices etc so really make sure you do some research.
