1. Show that you are willing and able to learn. You must continually strive to enhance your skills and understand more (e.g. education, previous professional qualifications, jobs you have taken because it would be a challenge/you would learn something).
2. Show that you have a good track record as a reliable & hard worker.

Do you have any interview tips?

1. Think of situations where you have provided innovative solutions to real-world problems.
2. Show that you have experience of a customer-facing environment and that you have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Show that you can play as part of a team and perform a necessary role, even if you feel you are above it. You can always ask for a promotion later on, don't disrupt the customer experience for petty squabbles.
4. Make your voice heard, but don't shout other people down.
