Be flexible and open-minded. Capita offers such a wide-range of products and services to a number of different markets and that opens a variety of opportunities and the majority of those you may not have even know existed!

Show collaboration in assessment centres. Collaboration is a key value of Capita and is valued throughout the organisation so being able to demonstrate your abilities to collaborate with others is essential.
