What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise that you reflect upon your own personal development, identifying your strengths and weaknesses which you have and in future aim to work on. By being more self aware, this provides the business with confidence that you are taking responsibility for your own learning and therefore are able to keep yourself motivated when in your secondments.
