What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
In terms of applying for a role, my advice would be to apply whatever the circumstances. I applied for this internship programme knowing that I did not have the best A-level results from school. Make sure you mention what you have done outside, whether volunteering or past jobs that even though may not have any relevance to the role you are applying for, any skills that you may have gained from the work will make a big difference.

To be yourself, just be honest if there are things that you do not know then it is ok to say and that you would be willing to learn.
