What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to get stuck in. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop as a manager and a strong career plan. However, if you are not up for a challenge and make the most of the opportunity you may struggle.
Do you have any interview tips?
Act natural and where possible demonstrate your passion for the industry and learn. I think there is a particular section of the assessment process which really splits the good from the bad, so make sure you prepare and understand what it means to be a manager in line with the Amey values.
