What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Think about why you want to join Amey and how that fits into how you are as an individual as well as how Amey can match your career aspiraitons. You will be asked to provide a short paragraph on several questions, so take your time and really think about it. I completed my application over 3 days.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare! Make sure you know what Amey do and can communicate it effectively over the telephone interview. You will also be asked some curveball questions so be prepared for them too. The assessment day is fantastic; it really puts you through your paces and makes you exercise everything you'll need to be good at this role. But above all, be yourself.
