Make sure you lead the group but also listen to it. Amey values employees who can not just step up and take control, but also who can take a step back and let others contribute
Do you have any interview tips?
Connect immediately if you can with your interviewer. Within Amey, it wasn't hard, try and talk about things you like rather than just the weather for the small talk bit before the interview starts. My interview was much longer because I chatted to the interviewer before it started about a common interest.
