What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be clear about why you're applying. Amey recieves large amounts of applications with limited positions so can be very selective about who they employ.
Do your research on the company, try to underatnd the best you can what Amey does. It is a large company offering a large amount of services - a lot of employees are unsure of the total range, knowing this can impress.

Know the company, understand what they do and how the interact with everyday society.
Practice your presentation skills - usually there is a presentation to a few assessors.
Relax and be yourself! Interviews are there to get to know the inidivual, how they interact with others and how they'd react in certain situations. Being yourself is key!
