Best
If you seek out good work, it is available.
Worst
If you have a bad line manager, this really makes a difference, which can be unfair.
You can get stuck doing lots of shadowing, which is extremely boring.
You have to try hard to seek out good work. But when you do, it is great.

Long process. Video interview was tricky. A/C was good, they made the effort to make you feel comfortable.
