Being in a different sort of environment each day and the constant learning process is amazing as it gives me a lot of information to use within my daily role.

You have to be keen to work and learn at the same time. You become sort of like sponge able to absorb information from any that crosses your path.

Just be confident in your self and state your abilities. They're not looking for an expert in construction, just someone with an aspiration and a willing attitude to learn.
