What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, be honest and overall be genuine. There is no point in moulding yourself into what you think a company like Asda is looking for because no one can pretend for long and you may end up realising that you and the company are not well matched !
Do you have any interview tips?
When you're asked "where do you see your career in 5 years?" Make sure you have a answer that you believe in. The leaders within Asda want to know that you fully back yourself and your abition to be successful. Whilst the path may change with experiences, always have at least a '5 year plan' that you are determined to deliver.
