Let your personality shine through the application. Spend time on researching the company and prepare questions that show that you have spent quite some time on researching the specific role that you apply for.
Do you have any interview tips?
I remember that I was asked about my next dream destination to travel to, which highlights the argument that personality has a big impact. I was also asked (in a role play setting) to sell a watch to the recruiter and emphasise the specific qualities of that watch.
