What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do some basic research of the business before applying. Although the graduate scheme is very flexible and adaptable it's better to have an idea if you want to apply for the technical programme of the graduate development programme which allows you to rotate between technical and commercial roles.
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment centre is a 3 day process where you will get to know the other candidates and the assessors well. Be yourself and enjoy these days, this time is as much about finding out if you want to work for the company as well as the other way round.
