What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be adventurous in how you sell yourself in the initial application. Don't be afriad to think outside the box. Do research into the specifics of the online gambling sector, focus on the retail sector is more common knowledge but could be a potential downfall.

Do you have any interview tips?

There were many of the routine interview questions that required some preparation of answers referring back to you're previous work experience. Also a lot of obscure questions that have no correct answer and seem to be more about how the candidate reacts and approaches the question. The key I feel to answering these well is by being relaxed and think methodically through it.
