What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Go in with an openmind. There are many opportunties, areas and teams you may never knew existed before joining which may excite you. The energy industry has many barriers and a different way of functioning. In some ways we are a lot slower in our developement and marketing and in other ways we are pushing forward and innovative - we may not be what you expect. I would suggest doing your research on the company, trying to find out more about the roles in npower before choosing the scheme you think is right for you.
