What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

There are different routes into the business, based on the role you're applying for. However what I'd always recommend is following-up on your initial application. The company receives a high volume of applications so being tenacious will ensure you're noticed. Follow up your application with a telephone call, interact on the social media feeds, ask for feedback.

Do you have any interview tips?

Let your personality show through and do your research. It's important to Pareto that you integrate with the culture and gel with your team, so you need to show interviewers who you really are. The Pareto website has loads of great information and the Work For Us section is a must-read for anyone coming in to interview. This isn't a company that values experience so much as drive, determination, charisma and good old-fashioned preparation! You need to be able to respond to questions about who the company are and what they do - rocking up with generic narrated responses won't make you stand out.
