Don't be arrogant, the company admires good, honest people. The company is made because of the people so they want to see you'll fit into the family.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just show you've done some basic research in to the company background. Demonstrate why you want a career here as they'll want you to enjoy the job and stay at the company. It's hard to know what each role entails so clarify what the role you are applying is for and what you want. It is quite possible there is an alternate more fitting role.
