What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Interesting line of work which carries a level of importance.
Good salary progression on the graduate scheme.
Plenty of training and development over the 2 year scheme.
Excellent colleagues and the support network is well developed.

Worst

Benefit packages are weak in comparison to other large companies with turnovers of this size.
Work can be sporadic at times.
A more flexible working policy would benefit staff, not at production sites. Current policy does not allow accumulation of hours onto the next week.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Finish: 16:30
