What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Assume your degree as a given, all applicants will have one and be achieving a 2:1 minimum. Key will be the things you do out side of academia and you should try and bring these out in your CV. Work experience, hobbies, have you travelled? - the things that show the type of person you are- outgoing, problem solver, interest to learn
