What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Talk about your experiences that have led to you choosing this sector and company, don't just give the normal line of "since I was such and such an age all I have wanted to do is work in this sector and your company", be original and specific, they get thousands of applicants and they only take on 30 grads, try to stand out.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is actually very relaxed - nicest interview for a job I've ever had.
Do the usual - research the company, brush up on your engineering knowledge and try to sound enthusiastic about what you've been doing as well as what you now want to do.
The company is generally filled with personable and easy to get a long with employees, and when interviewing you they are trying to decide whether or not you would fit into this enviroment. So try to remember to smile and be polite! It goes a long way in any interview.
