What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Hopefully you will have done a varying amount of work experience, both engineering related and otherwise. It is very important to demonstrate your ability and experience in dealing with a wide range of problems and finding solutions for them with communication and clear thinking.
With all engineering jobs, when you join you are not only developing your career and understanding, you are working day to day for a business. And business is difficult! You need to be prepared to work hard and show that you have worked hard before.
