It honestly is the most amazing company and the grad scheme is fantastic.

Don't offend the business model.
Ensure you head to a TK Maxx or Homesense store before you come for the interview to get a real understanding for the off price model. We are unique, we are off price but that doesn't make us a jumble sale.
