What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Lots of responsibility given to graduate despite a short 5-month rotational window. Colleagues and team leaders put serious time and commitment to train the graduates and to provide them for opportunities to learn on-the-job including interactions with clients.
Work life balance is good for a banking organisation as well as a supportive and friendly culture.

Worst

Excessive processes, poor IT and administrative burden. Limited availability of laptops making working from home a non-option for graduates. Poor IT extends to the offices with heavy reliance on printing as only a couple of projectors are available.
