Practice case studies online; have a clear understanding of what they consist of and how to present the case in a concise and coherent way.
Do you have any interview tips?
Show what you're strengths are and why you would be good for the role. However don't be afraid to expose weaknesses. Mars is a company that really focuses on developing individuals and they want to see that you're self aware. Give them some good examples of the kind of learning agility you have e.g. when you've made a mistake and learnt from it/change youre behaviour because of it.
Also know why you want to join the scheme you're applying for. Don't give a typical answer - e.g. I'm a good team player - think out of the box! Show them you know the company!
