Be passionate about the brands and the company vision. Be clear about the type of company you want to work in; if it is a people-focussed company that you are looking for, Nestlé is for you.
Have a clear view of how you see yourself progressing at Nestlé and ask the right questions and do the appropriate research to enable yourself to discuss this.
