What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The responsibility you get straight away which I don't think you get at many graduate jobs and the culture/people you work with make it a company I can't imagine leaving.

Worst

It can be quite high pressure at busy periods where you have a lot on but there is always someone there to help you prioritise and offer advice to ensure your work life balance isn't impacted.
