What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Having independence and freedom to make your own decisions. I feel valued and valuable. The work-life balance and office culture is spot on as well.

Worst

Some of the systems are clunky but it encourages you to create your own trackers and data analysis tools.

Be yourself, don't try and answer what you think they want you to say. Say what you actually think.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be natural and conversational, don't be too formal. When they ask you questions don't give university group work as examples! Think of real-world applications to problem-solving etc.
