Do you have any interview tips?
It is a best fit interview for the council. It is a good idea to read up about the council you are applying to so you know all the key priorities/strategic plan.
Make use of speaking to current NMT's employed at the council by using knowledge hub to show interest.
A lot of the day is also made up of speaking to current NMT's and managers from across the council- its good to show enthusiasm and interest for all of their roles.
