What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Very friendly atmosphere around the office, everyone is nice and easy to talk to and being able to just walk through the office and strike up a conversation is very relaxing.
Worst
Some users not realising we don't know everything about computers just because we work in IT. There are times we don't know what to do or what's wrong which delays the fix but they keep pestering for it to be fixed.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Start: 08:30
Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be a people person, you will be around a lot of different personalities and helping them 1:1, sometimes in quick succession so being able to cope with some amounts of pressure would be beneficial.
Don't feel you have to get something fixed the second it arises, learn to prioritise tasks and don't be afraid to ask people to wait whilst you finish something else.
