Not being micro-managed, i'm trusted to complete the work i've said I will complete
I enjoy working with all the colleagues in the department
Trust to come up with my own new ideas and trust from various areas of the business to test new concepts with them voluntarily

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's more about you as a person than how you are technically. Technical knowledge is needed don't get me wrong but how you fit in with the team is weighted more.
