What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Exposure to the industry and the ability to work across it very early in my career.
Interesting challenges (e.g. SME Challenge)
Strong 'community' feel with the 40 people in your cohort.

Worst

Moving three times is stressful, but part of the scheme.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Start: 08:00

Finish: 16:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you're committed to moving potentially to the other end of the country for the best opportunities, you won't enjoy it if you can't be flexible.

Do you have any interview tips?

Make sure you have done some fairly extensive research on the nuclear industry. They don't expect you to be an expert but you'll need to know something to show you want to work in the industry and to set yourself out a bit.
